Free Shipping & Discount Codes

  • Only one discount code allowed per order 


  • Cremes, Full Collections (they are already discounted), Collaborations, & On Sale items are not eligible for discounts (other exclusions may apply).


  • Free shipping will be done via the most affordable method.


  • Domestic orders of $60+ ship free and International orders of $60+ get comparably discounted rates via refund.  ***Collabs do not qualify for free/discounted shipping.***



  • All sales are final & we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However if you have an issue with an item please email us with the details so that we can work something out for you.  nightowllacquer@gmail.com


  • All of our polishes are hand mixed in small batches and there may be very slight variations from batch to batch.  However we do follow recipes and try very hard to maintain consistency.


  • Orders will take anywhere from 2 - 6 business days to turnaround & this does not include shipping time. The exception to this is preorders, summer months or when otherwise specified.  Also during launches & sales turnaround can take up to 14 business days.   


  • If your bottle arrives broken please contact us at nightowllacquer@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it.  Please include a photo of the broken polish and the packaging.



  • We currently ship to the US & Canada via USPS First Class or Priority with tracking.  We no longer ship to other international locations due to the number of issues.  You can contact us with any questions at nightowllacquer@gmail.com


  • International shipments are at your own risk & any taxes/duties due are the customer's responsibility.  If you know that your location has issues getting packages to you from the US then please consider that before ordering. 


  • Free shipping will be done via the most affordable method.


  • Please be sure that you provide a correct address.  We will not refund shipping costs for returned packages & will require the buyer to pay shipping costs to send it back out.  Refunds will not be issued if your package is delivered to the wrong address.  If you have concerns about USPS loosing your package or it being stolen then please make a note on your order that you would like a signature required or insurance and we will invoice you for it.
