This is a clear base loaded with reflective silver micro glitters, bright blue metallic flakes & fuschia/purple/blue color shifting crystal chameleon flakes. This can be worn in 1 coat as a topper or 3 coats on it's own.
15 ml and opaque in 2-3 coats.
